I also noticed the difference for myself in that I feel calmer and I feel less kind of stimulated. The first week that I started wearing them, I fell asleep within about 15, 30 minutes max. Like a lot of people say it's placebo, but I don't think it is. And then the last couple of things I wanted to touch on briefly, you mentioned in the protocol, resistance training and also cold like sorry, cold exposure or cold thermogenesis. Could you briefly just share how they're related to these as well?
