Surrender: A Rare and Strange Gift of the Pandemic

The unpredictability of this year has allowed me to lean into the unfolding rather than keep score and judgment from the sidelines. The very beginning of the pandemic triggered PTSD from the loss of my brother a few years ago. Lynn who lives in Italy wrote in to say, I love yoga.
