Do You Track Your Weight Loss?
i do not time my window any more at all. I just go with the floe depending on what day it is and what's happening. There are many days that my window is shorter. And of course, i don't track it. It would be interesting to see what my average is probably five hours or less. But i don't even know. So i no longer track anything. I just, you know, wait till i open my window. Then i close it when i'm done, whatever that may be. If anyone's ever down in the polly's island area, go too. They made me a mock tail. I had eggs benedict. We split out
