What Do You Do When You Change Something?
When we change something it's important to narrow that change down to just one thing if possible. Almost inevitably when we change something we have to stop doing something else and I think that often gets overlooked a little bit. It may be that the teachers speaking at that initial exposure to an example is the key thing. If we take that away and replace it with sound teacher maybe sound teacher brings another benefit to it but we've removed a really key thing so it's always worth reflecting on what. What do you do when you're instigating a change then on well what's your process?
