I've been like really wrestling with lately is the idea of deliberate practice where because what part of variability do you think is just when you get an athlete that is just cognitively and physically in the moment in a training session I feel it's almost no matter what you do at that point there's just a lot of benefit to it. There seems to be a lot of individual out individuality between how long somebody can focus and actually be involved whether it's motivational factors and how much they actually want to repeat in the sportthere's genetic factors there's whatever it may be stress of life in general maybe their work's really stressful so their amount of focus and attention that they can put into a training session
