The Difference Between the RDA and RDA for Protein Intake

The different macronutrients have different effects on how full you feel. A hundred calories of protein should help you feel fuller than a hundred calories of carbohydrates or fats. The RDA's are not set for optimal health; they're just set to prevent deficiencies, right? From a muscle building standpoint, we really do see an incremental benefit in terms of like response to resistance training with higher protein intake.
