Dylan had a bad day that's legit right but we all there's going to be more bad days as much as I know you're gonna have great days ahead of me. There are so many times you have to push yourselves because and I explain this in the workbook too sometimes we're like  tired today so I'm gonna not go to the gym and take care of myself. You need to sometimes just push yourself to do hard things and that's difficult to do but when you do it like you train your brain to think differently and to recognize okay even though I didn't want to do this I did it and I can do it.
