This really depends on your use case and what other things are in your stacka. I also find that the 200 milligram dose of apigenan has a lice lifting, not necessarily stimulating, but a little bit of an energizing effect when paired with just naman. When you add some other things into the mix, like naman and n r, maybe even curecedent and some of the sertuin activators, then maybe the 200 millogram dose of apgena. But overkill. And i've actually tried experimenting with 50 milligram doses of apigenion slightly larger and 80 plus enhancing stacks. It seems smooth out the affects a little bit too
