An advance would depend on the complexity of a deal. If you have a more complex deal like your Coca-Cola Canada example, yeah, I think you're going to want to lay that roadmap out very clearly for a buyer. That's going to take you months and maybe even years to start to lay. Lay that out and it may be part of an internal reorganization ahead of an exit in anticipation of an exit without actually knowing that exit's going to happen.
