The Role of Genetics in Well-Being

There was some research done by Sonia Loubimesky in the States and she suggests that there are three main determinants of our kind of, that kind of set point or our well-being. The first is genetics. So obviously we don't have really kind of any control around our genetic or our kind of biology. The second is your environment. That's really speaking to your circumstances. And then the third one is intentional activities. Is there a percentage sort of breakdown about what has the biggest influence of those three? Yeah.
