The Importance of Sleep Hygiene for Autistic People
Sleeping issues that an autistic person may face. Difficulty falling asleep is probably one of the most common issues. Calming your mind at nighttime, calming your body down even at nighttime can help with insomnia. The daylight saving switch only happens twice a year, but I find sometimes it can affect me and my kids for weeks after that transitional period.
