How to Release Trauma
Breathing is where we store a lot of our trauma, most of our traumas in parts of our body. It helps to release some of those things because we don't even realize that's where they're being stored. For me, in particular, I'll do some sort of breathing exercise or some kind of breathing technique, usually probably three times a week.
