We all spend a significant amount of time awake. A healthy, what we call sleep efficiency is somewhere around 85%. If you've been awake for longer than 20 to 25 minutes, wobe best to get out of bed and try doing something else. Don't worry if you wake up and it's ten minutes after you go to the bathroom and you come back, yo, thinking a my goodness. And i'm awake for ten minutes and the world is a disaster. That's perfectly fine. Your brain will usually find a way to get back into the rights ond of cycle.
