The Importance of Diversity in Tech
Diversity is one of the things I've tried to champion, and you know, I know the effort you talked about this before is like, how do we work on sort of a diversity problem in tech? One of my strongly helpful leads about diversity is that you need to prove to companies why it's in their interest to be diverse. So there's also cultural construction things that you can do to make your company and enjoy the place for people to work with. This is one area that we're software and I think, you know, one of the original sort of hypotheses, like, high-minus and there's room for loss improvement.
