Concept Testing vs Usability Testing

For me, concept testing is putting these early stage concepts in front of people. But for me, usability testing is really testing that effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction around how people are using an actual product. And I actually see a lot of people doing content testing and calling it concept testing. It's more about like putting this concept in front of somebody and really understanding if it makes sense or not.
