The five-minute meditative dance is kind of like the next step of the five-minute break. When we first learn to do something our brain is in a different state than when we've already learned it. Once we learn things and texting is so dangerous because it takes us out of that alpha state and into this intentional focus on what we're holding. If you are having a hard time doing all that stuff don't listen to music yet or don't do the breathing the deep breathing yet listen to the music but move a lot, he says.
