The Importance of Recontextualizing Stress

I think about it a lot. Like you have to like put effort in to get something out a little bit. Like recontextualizing it. You can feel the other way. Right. I use this hack when I'm like everything's going to slow down and you want to like, yeah. It is interesting to think about how so many like stressful experiences often end up being really core memories or things that your brain encodes more intensely. Also traveling, it's like the main reason I travel because truly there is no bigger time distortion than when you go to a new city  and you're like, how the hell is it only 4 p.m.
