There's a lot of different ways that you can monitor now. velocity trackers, if you don't have the app, it's okay to just do some subjective stuff. Use your squid. Or maybe you have a good squid coach who can watch you and say, okay, stop the set because I can tell that you're not jumping as high anymore. The issue is you maximally train slow twitch and you probably moderately trained the fast twitch. But when we look at getting a fiber type shift, you're not going to get it.
