It's so easy for us to get overwhelmed despite what our ADHD tells us we're going to be capable of in the beginning. The thought of having a really clean space is a lot more appealing than the cleaning part. What would drive us to actually get to do this stuff? Like what would make it interesting to do what would make us feel motivated to do it? And as I think about the question, the thought that comes to my head is I don't get motivated.
