A lot of people who think they're lower backs or being somehow like, there's a lot of conditioning with the way media works and preconceived notions. A more advanced trainer will be like, okay, this is tricep pain. That's what I want versus this is joint elbow pain. If it's joint connective tissue stuff, yes, it's worth the reevaluation. Sometimes even joints and connective tissues can feel a little weird here for a while but then as you train, this is going to be a real shocker. They get stronger and then they don't feel bad.
