I'm going to ask you to give an example of an error and then some drills you might do to try to fix that error. And let's say someone's sprinting and they perform a side step, but their upper body doesn't lead first. What might be some of these drills that you would use to tries to fix that issue or improve that? Maybe I could give another example. Like what I meant with a gang leader finding the right error. It's like what we see a lot when we analyze in running,. We see a lot that if somebody's controlling his pelvis not right in the central plane.
