i've definitely worke some girls who are just not comfortable lifting at first. And one of the things is to reduce the number of movements that you have to learn a we have a limited amount of adaptation potential. Anything that you can do for ten raps, i would do for only five. So if we had five exercises that you ware working on for a entire four week pase, you're going to start dialing those in pretty well. I love overhead press for climbers because their shoulder mobilityis so terrible and it tends to light up the movement pattern better than like a regular push up does.
