The first exercise is 20 walking lunges with dum bells. 30 box jumps, takes a lot of time. A 20 wall balls. And then 15 push ups. The third one i have just put here. If you are looking for pain, then you can do this exercise. It took me forty minutes to do. I'm quite scared because it just kicked my butt. My legs were so sore afterwards.My glots and my hampstrings were i had doms for about three to four days afterwards. Again, something or not, because it was something i wasn't used to. But it, it's a tough one.
