M so if we are talking about a company, i actually think that one of the biggest mistakes is just notdo it intentionally. You know what? I think i might, i might say that this is universal, that this applies even to to independent consultants. But when you have, you know, three co founders plus like a team of nine, and nobody has actually sat and sat down and intentionally decided what the company's position is, that can be really damaging. And that this kind of leaves em all over the place.
