Do Drills Really Work in Jujitsu?
The only time i've really found drills to be useful is if you're so new at something that you can't even move your body in the way that it needs to move. And that that does happen a lot in jujitsu. So much of jujitsu is all dependent on what your opponent does and how they resist. There's a lot of variables towards whether something works or not. I think getting you doing your train with a real human being is probably the best use of the classroom time. Yes, i agreed completely.
