Pricing Can Be Its Own Competitive Dilemma
In general, I caution against using price as a competitive weapon. Pricing is a zero sum game where you are very likely to end up in a price war. When we think about the very low cost players in a market, there's usually only room for one. There's an entire set of organizational dynamics at play where Walmart is incredibly well known for its procurement practices and squeezing the absolute most out of its suppliers.
