The Effects of Candlelight on Hormones

Lights were created to extend hours of productivity into the evenings. The issue with candlelight is that it doesn't emit much blue light at all. People on the equator have a certain sort of environment they've adapted to, 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness. When we start to stimulate ourselves artificially to be more active, it's essentially asking much more of the body than is provided for.
