Start out fasted, and then have sports drinks and sells all you want, and you'll still get a high fat burning rate. People that wake up into a fast session could be burning a thousand or 15 hundred calories even before they've eaten breakfast. You can sort of exacdo the faster training, avoid bonking by still having the carbs juring,. but still get the benefit ofe the fat utilization during the sesion t exactly.
