Post workout glycogen replenishment. The idea was is that the glute for expression is higher right from from resistance training and then so then you're in a much more insulin sensitive state post training. It's very difficult to actually completely or to deplete glycogen to any significant degree. Even in the first hour of your training you shell a bunch of a high glycemic index carbs into your gullet and boom you replenish all of that that burn glycogen. You don't really use a metric but ton of glycogen and a workout I think there's been a couple of studies.
