The USDA's Regulations on Mad Cow Disease

Mad Cow Disease was discovered in Britain in 1986. The US instituted broad based testing for Mad Cow, and they've never found it. There's something specific about Britain that is causing the outbreak there. In America, if we had one case of Mad Cow, it would have become like one other case or two cases.
