I think people fail to realize that digestion begins before you even take your first bite. If we could just say to people, look, put your knife and fork down between each mouth or I'm not suggesting that everyone spends an hour having their lunch. Be present with your food. Make sure that you're observing, smelling the food, getting all those like digestive juices flowing. And try to eat more slowly.
