How to Support Your Circadian Rhythms

Get morning sunlight as soon as you wake up, no sunglasses. If you can't get sun for whatever reason, get an L-U-X - a lux sun lamp. You want to sit in front of that whilst you're getting ready or eating breakfast. To support your circadian rhythms, go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at thesame time every morning even on weekends. Breakfast is really important, whether you're hungry or not.
