There is a real interesting am dissociation between mental fatigue, for instance, and physical fatigue. If your mind gets tired out from psychological stress you must do anything but rest it. I have to find aa mentally stimulating activity other than watching friends. Sometimes i put friends on cause it makes me laugh at remind me of when it used to be on when i was young. But if youere at work, you can't reanly access friends, at least legally anyway. There are some really good data on phone games, so hand held games you can play on your hand held phone. And this data even relates to recovery after traumatic experience. For instance, the tendency to ruminate.
