The Relationship Between Gut and Brain

The gut and brain are inextricably linked for the rest of our lives through what's called the gut brain axis. Ninety-five percent of serotonin are happy in our transmitter is made in the gut, stored in the gut. The vagus nerve is really what connects to both the gut and the brain. If you don't feel well, if you're feeling anxious and depressed and triggered all the time, and you have no bandwidth, that's how you're going to show up to your relationships.
