Tristan: The most expansive exercise is walking in some kind of nature with nothing playing in your ears, and your world view just opens up. I put in any earphones when i'm going for a walk, if my body feels extra crapp because i know that the sounds of the birds, the wind, the trees and my eyes, seeing all these things, that opens my body more than just am for a walk and listening to something at the same time. And it doesn't take much convincing to get people to do that. So i hope that answers that question.
