COVID, What Changes Have You Noticed in Singapore?
Gixxter is a Singapore-based startup accelerator. It was founded in 2010 and has raised more than $100 million to date. Gixxter's founder says COVID, the country's digital transformation program, made people work from home for the first time. But it also brought with it issues such as burn up mental wellness when you're trying to do all your work at once while kids are making noises or cat passing through keyboard. The company will help workers find other jobs if they feel that their employers don't have enough empathy on remote working.
