The Complexity of Sensation
If you use sensation as a guide towards what's a good exercise or when a client is doing something well, they could potentially either set a bar that's unreasonable. So if you don't have a compass from knowledge of biomechanics and exercise selection to know what sensation you're actually pushing in a positive direction, then you don't know that. Without that compass, sensation could lead you to selecting poor exercises or poor technique,. Just as easily as it could good ifyou don't know how to distinguish between what is causing those sensations.
