Confidence is such a valuable feeling and a valuable attitude to have but sometimes it can be really hard to believe in ourselves. A very lovely listener of the show actually messaged me about her own struggles with self-confidence and self-love. And as we'll explore in this episode, confidence is very much derived from our own self perception and internal ideas of where we fit in the world.
