Boosting Performance During Workouts - I'm Off My Phone, No Social Mediam

i'm off the celphone the entire time i work out, unless i'm using fitbod. I have my head phones in now s, you know, i can avoid and isolate. One thing i do focus on a lot now is volume. For some people, doing a dumbell press, as opposed to a barbell press, can be way more effective for them. And they have that better mind body connection. That's actually something that i've been really trying to focus on within the past, probably six months or so.
