TAME strategy is to use multiple age-related diseases as what's called a composite endpoint. You can take if somebody develops Alzheimer's disease or cardiovascular disease or kidney disease, in the case of TAME, you can't use diabetes because that's what Metformin's already approved for. The other thing that's sort of unique about TAME is it's not only about the first disease, but it's about the length of time going from the first age-related disease to the second one. So this is a comorbidity endpoint where you're actually measuring that length of time.
