How to Be a Great Problem Solver
When you start talking to customers about what we really provide here are transformations. A transformation is when you guide the customer from where they are to some desired future state that they have. Attracting talent in my mind is the same marketing issue that we have with attracting customers. We have to have a desirable value proposition to the market. Who would want to work in that environment? I certainly don't.
