The Importance of Courage in Presentations
If I'm worried that the presentation is going to go poorly, I'm trying to convince myself I'm awesome. That's a very kind of narrow egoic frame to be approaching situations with and all egoic frames that are about the self. We want to tap into something bigger and more compelling to us than our own performance in order to help us move beyond that inner critic confinement.
