What's the Difference Between V8 and Whitman Blues?

Whitman Blues was more of a special occasion type of restaurant. The margins were better in all fairness than V8. But it just got to the point that every time someone was off, we couldn't really afford for people to be off as well. So then you'd have to run quiet for a week because you didn't have your second share for and it all just kept piling on. Since you've closed it, you all feel better. We feel better. It's not pulling focus like it was before of worry. And at least it's a fixed worry. I'm just desperate to not be a statistic.
