Is It That Easy to Focus on Therapists?
The business you were, the business you had before was a kind of generic web development shop. The websites are search engine optimization for anybody and everyone. And then by kind of like refocusing on a specific niche and going after a recurring revenue model, we never had to keep fishing for a bigger fish every single few months to get a new contract. I wouldn't say it was a profound decision to focus on therapists. I think it was just a lot of luck that we ended up doing that.
