The Importance of Motivational Interviewing

This episode is just going up after two conversations with Martin and with Sarah. Both of them mentioned motivational interviewing at different points. It was something that, yeah, I kind of stumbled across really a long time ago. But thankfully since then, I've managed to integrate it more into my daily work. There's a massive crossover between motivational interviewing and self-determination theory.
