The Power of Breathing

There's a technique of breathing called box breathing. It was popularized by an organization known as HeartMath 40 years ago. When we are stressed, the blood leaves digestive system and it goes to our limbs so we can go into fight or flight. And we get constipated. Pretend that out there. Yeah. Exactly. Now this breathing technique gets all of the systems to work harmoniously with each other. We're not wasting a lot of energy managing what's going on inside us.
