How to Improve Your Heart Rate on a Long Run
I could obviously produce more power on the baseball, but the heart rate stayed the same. So it was just an interesting experiment that I did just to keep myself interested if I enjoy the session. And then I finished, finished the day with just an easy room. In fact, it doesn't matter if it's just an easy one. Saturday morning, did a long run. Well it was like a four or five p warm up and then I did 20k at three forties just out along the canal, back on with the canal. It's actually really cute and so I got quite sweaty. But yeah, just getting in the mouth and trying to improve my leg strength.
