Josh: I was raised in Birmingham, Alabama on a lot of chicken. So that's always been with me. The second important step was I read a paper when I was in law school about culturing goldfish for long term space exploration. And then as we built the company, I began to think, well, what else could we do that would be next? He says his best friend and co-founder also pushed him to go for it.
