Mindfulness Training During High Stress Periods
When we do nothing at all, there's a significant decline in attention. But when we offer mindfulness training to a kind of a comparison group from the same population, we see stability inattention and again, with mood and mind wandering. And not declining is a success. So that was what we set out to do. We wanted to see if they don't go down exactly am that's a win. That's right?
