How Do You Find the Right People for These Jobs?

As a product analyst, I find that you have to be a bit more T-shaped. For someone a better place would be where we'd really get to go on very narrow and specific technical skills. We also do some behavioral stuff around just being able to collaborate effectively with your teammates and with product managers.
